The Game: Every night, millions of TV viewers play along with their favorite game shows. Buying a vowel…shouting out answers at their TV screens.  So… for 500 points…what's the best way to make your next meeting or party a hit? Let us bring the fast-paced live action and Hollywood-style showmanship of Game Show Mania directly to you!
Game Show Mania includes a professional entertainer who will bring you and your guests up as contestants in groups of two per team. Once you’re up on stage, it’s a “dream come true” as you get to play a real Game Show…on professional equipment.
You’ll have fun answering trivia questions, playing “Name-That-Tune”, singing a few lines for extra bonus points, and answering company-related questions that have proven to be very boring in different company training situations. Questions can come from our own trivia library, or we can create a show tailored to your event, with questions and answers pertaining to your organization or conference theme.
Magic Barry Entertainment can put the entire show together for you, or we can work hand-in-hand with your creative team.  This is a sure-fire way to turn an average event into something big!
Program Length: Approximately 45 minutes to 120 minutes, depending on the size of your group.
Space Requirements: A stage, a riser or a function room – pretty flexible according to your needs.
Why does it work so well? Because people pay attention when they are having fun. It's effortless! Instead of struggling to keep their eyes open, audience members will be alert, and happy to be part of a funny and challenging quiz show.  This makes it a great tool for any topic.

WEDDING REHEARSAL DINNERS

A Game Show is a great idea for a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner!
At most Wedding Rehearsal Dinners, the two different families tend to congregate together…but a Game Show can change all that by “mixing people up” onto three assorted teams.

Then, some of the questions can be about the people who are attending the Rehearsal Dinner…not only the bride & groom.

For example…how many brothers and sisters does the bride have…and what are their names?

Or…where did the groom’s parents first meet?  How many female first cousins does the bride have? How many pets does the groom’s Aunt Sadie have?

And all of these questions can be part of the “cocktail hour/mixer hour” where your guests would be encouraged to talk about themselves and to find out the “other family’s key facts.”

This will encourage everyone to seekout someone new to talk to…especially if there are prizes for the winning team!

Other categories for the Wedding Rehearsal Game Show can include “Name-That-Tune“  (where your guests personalities start to shine through) or “Where Did the Bride and Groom…?” (where the guests try to answer specific questions about the special couple).

Throw in a little American Idol and you will have a great kick-off to your Wedding Weekend.
